Learn more about Agricultural Communication

Purdue is among America's top universities. It has a worldwide reputation for excellence in research and education. Indiana's land-grant university, Purdue is an accessible, affordable state school.

Reputation
Purdue's an international leader in agriculture and natural resources, giving Purdue Ag graduates an edge with many employers. And the strength of the ag communication program has employers calling us! Purdue's School of Agriculture is one of the nation's highest ranked and most prestigious.

Curriculum
We offer the only program of its kind in the state of Indiana. Your bachelor of science degree in ag communication will give you a strong background in science and skills in communication. You'll know what to communicate and how to communicate it.

Practical Experience
The ag communication program is comparatively small, so you'll have opportunities to work side by side with, and learn from, professional communicators who have made ag communication their career choice: photographers, video producers, writers, graphic designers and editors. Internships are strongly encouraged, and your advisor will help you find one that interests you.

Personal Attention
You'll get plenty of individual advice on classes, internships and career options. With your home in ag communication, you won't get lost in the larger community of Purdue.
