There will be 3 "Hands-on" workshops available to the particpants in 2016. The three workshops are:

Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology: Youth will, in an hands-on learning environment, make a mechatronics shaft encoder

Mechanical Engineering Technology: Using hands-on training devices youth will construct pneumatic circuits using values, cyclinders and other components. Solving equations related to pressure and flow.

Agricultural and Biological Engineering: Youth will, using various construction materials and pneumatic valves and cyclinders create a "tennis ball shooter"

Participants will be assigned to a workshop that best relates to the contest area in which they are participating.
